Under sitting position, the sonography revealed above findings. After local sterilization, percutaneous fine needle aspiration was performed over right supra-clavicular area. The patient tolerated the whole course well. Recommend closely follow-up patient's clinical condition for possible complications such as pneumothorax or hemothorax. (DOC____)
