Sono only
Left sided organized complex pleural effusion
Under left decubitus position, chest sono revealed as above findings. Thoracocentesis was not performed because there was no safe space for interventions. (DOC____)

Dry tapping
Under sitting position, chest sono revealed above findings. After local anesthesia, thoracocentesis was performed at right mid-scapular line, 8th ICS, Dry tapping was aspirated. The patient tolerated the procedure well. The post-procedure sonography showed no pneumothorax. Recommend closely follow-up patient's clinical condition for possible complications such as pneumothorax or hemothorax. (DOC____)

Thoracocentesis only
Under right decubitus position, chest sono revealed above findings. After local sterilization, thoracocentesis was performed over left 6 th ICS at mid-scapular line. 30cc serosanguinous pleural fluid was aspirated. The post-procedure sonography showed no pneumothorax. The patient tolerated the whole course well. Recommend closely follow-up patient's clinical condition for possible complications such as pneumothorax or hemothorax. (DOC____)

Drainage only
Under left decubitus position, chest sono revealed above findings. After local anesthesia, thoracocentesis was performed over right 7th ICS at mid-scapular line. 750 mL bloody pleural effusion was drained. The post-procedure sonography showed no pneumothorax. The patient tolerated the whole procedure well. Recommend closely follow-up patient's clinical condition for possible complications such as pneumothorax or hemothorax. (DOC____)

Drainage + Thoracocentesis
Under left decubitus position, chest sono revealed above findings. After local anesthesia, thoracocentesis was performed over right 7th ICS at lateral-scapular line. 30cc yellowish pleural fluid was aspirated. Then, 400 mL pleural effusion was drained. The post-procedure sonography showed no pneumothorax. The patient tolerated the whole procedure well. Recommend closely follow-up patient's clinical condition for possible complications such as pneumothorax or hemothorax. (DOC____)
